Here is my secret
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly.
What is essential is invisible to the eye.
(Le petit prince)
Welcome!
I’m so happy to see you here 😊
My name is Hila Tuksar and I’m an art therapist and psychotherapist, with a specific focus on practicing mindfulness.
Originally from Tel Aviv in Israel, my husband Daniel and I have three beautiful energetic boys.
For the past 17 years, I ran a private clinic and worked at multiple public health centers.
I have helped facilitate parents’ supervision and treated hundreds of couples.
Through counseling, guidance and my unique methods, I have helped families develop more stable, pleasant environments, learn how to understand each other’s needs, and improve communication with children of all ages.
In today’s world, there are so many different challenges we are facing as individuals, and also as parents to young children. We are asked to do so much, simultaneously developing our careers, being super-parents, multitasking, while doing absolutely everything no less than perfect.
In January 2023, I moved with my family to Melbourne and decided to open a space here.
I am immensely looking forward to together with you, hand in hand, walk this path throughout all the challenges and difficulties we all have at home with our precious children.
I will provide you with practical tools on how to deal with the variety of situations that life throws at us and I we will, together, spread light on the root of the problems, so you can understand the source and the foundation of your child’s frustration, anxiety and aggressiveness.
Together we will find the true essence of what your children need in order to grow, thrive and become self-loving, healthy and brilliant individuals we all know they are, reaching their full potential.

"I bring with me over 17 years of work experience in health clinic settings and private clinics that combine individual therapy and parenting guidance.

I have facilitated groups in both formal and informal settings."
